Help! Failed To Load Launcher DLL.

Can any one please help me when i launch counter-strike source its seys to me this error:
Faild to load launcher DLL:

The specified procedure cold not be found.

So please help me any one.
Does anyone know how to fix please.

got the same problem failed to load launcher dll:the specific procedure could not be found??some 1 must know a fix pls help!!thried uninstalling,reinstalling,repair,copying launcher.dll off a mate nothin works?!?
