Help!! Half Life 2 benchmark 1.5

Hey all.

I have been using this HardwareOC Half Life 2 benchmark software, but stopped testing the game before the update that screwed everything up.

Well since then Im pretty sure, I cannot get the thing to run. When the loading screen ends (the one with the blurry bg), a black screen just flashes and im back to desktop, no errors popped up, etc. Tried redownloading, reinstalled, etc but I cant get it to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
