Help! HL2 Unbinded!

Aaah,I accentily putted a spawn on my W button,I then unbined it,and now I cant move forward anymores! what do I bind to my W key to restore this!?

Press escape, then options, then under the Keyboard tab.

You can take it from there, I think.
