Help!.How-To: create a fallen wall w/ rubble/debris......

I have a building ive created, where I want one section of the wall/roof and corner of the building to have crubmled down onto the street below, allowing access from the street to the roof..

How do i best create this mountain of rubble/path to the roof?

I would just use the Clip tool and cut out nice pieces of the wall and then arrange them accordingly on the ground.

Like cut out one major chunk of wall and place it on the ground. Then I'd cut the chunk of wall up in smaller bits untill I'd have effect I wanted.

Is that roughly what you had in mind?
