Help I am stuck

Pls help me, I don't have a clue how to move on from one episod -It seems like the only way out is through a pipline on a wall in a big water tank. There are water up to my head in the tank and the pips is probably 2 (of my heights) up on the wall.
This must be regarded as very early in the game, I have still not bumped into any juicy weapons.

i think i know where you are...could be wrong tho, i assume this as many people get stuck here.

Get up on the pipes and look on the back for a red valve, which will make the water level rise, so you can go around and get to the other side...good luck.

Ok mate, I will do my best, too bad it is not possible to enclose a screen shot.

The Area where I am trapped basically consists of big 2 rooms, In bottom of the first room there are water tank (or deep pool look alike maybe 20 meters deep. there are abt 2 m water in the bottom. The water tank has a iron bars on top where yo can walk over and you use a ladder to climb down. On one wall in the watertank there is pipe (like 2m in diameter) this pipe seems to be the only way out of this room. But it is impossible to jump up to the pipe. I have tried to bring down oil barrles and build something to jump from but it doesnt seems to work for me. I have not found aby way to increase the water in the tank either. Do you remember seeing this?

yeah read my one, i was right.

It is possible to attach screenies. take them with f5, and host them on imageshack or something, or compress them under 100kb to fit on the forum attachment limit. But theres no need now

Its on those pipes, quite far up around the back. You really gotta look for it.

Go up the ladder, onto the pipe at the top of the room. use that to get across to the walkway on the right, and into the next room. In this room, there are a bunch of pipes with a red valve half way down them. Turn that.

That's what you need to find to raise the water.

i am kinda stuck to. i am in a buinlding and all i got is a pistol. if i go outside there is a helicopter. its prity early in the game. the building has like 2 levels. it has dark areas and i found somestuff in um. there is also a lot of water in side.

Could you be more specific than "a building"? What chapter, how far in, and where?
