Help..i cant install service pack one!

hi,

I was wondering if someone can help me install service pack one...when i try to install i get this error
"The file c:\windows\system32\drivers\atapi.sys is open or in use by another application. Close all other applications and then hit retry."

Any ideas? Ive closed pretty much all apps i had running

Did you legally buy your copy of windows from a shop? or get it off a friend or someone.

It's legal. Microsoft says I need raid drivers..but i only have one hard drive..wtf?!
