Help installing Visual C++ 6

OK hi, im new.. i need help on fixing a computer problem i know its not coding, but im trying to install visual c++ 6, and when i hit setup, put in teh serial and hit next, when it goes to searching for installed components, an error pops up saying...

after i hit ok, it finishes the search, everything is fine, I go to install, as soon as its done installing, same error.. can someone please help, im running winXP..

Select which packages you want to install and uncheck anything that has "SQL" or "Database" in it and try again.
