Help I've been hacked

I was playing a little while ago and was doing pretty good, but someone hacked me. The hack is where every time I shoot it says BANG and I die. I got out of CS:S, restarted it and it's still happening. I've been playing De_dust2 the whole time. Someone help me.

it might have been something that downloaded through the server which binded your mouse1 button to "kill".it also replaced your gun sounds; did you not see anything download when you joined a certain server?

yes, i do download stuff sometimes but not from this server. This was a spawnpoint server.

anyway, how do I get rid of it?

Easiest way is to reinstall it.

type revert all in console to change all your config settings back to default =/

or just delete the config inside your CS:S folder

What they have done is changed some settings in your config.cfg file in your CS Source folder. Do not worry, you've not been hacked or in any immediate danger at all. Simply go to that file and delete it. When you restart Steam, it will make a new one, but you'll need to change your settings again. When you save the file this time, select 'read only', to prevent it happening again. Some servers are pretty nasty, or use this as a punishment for bad behaviour. I used to run a server like that on CS 1.6

No one's ever rebinded my keys. Just the usual ban
