Help making sprays

Hey. I following that tut that was posted before. For some reason i always get this error. I know i have the rite dimensions. Can anyone tell me whats wrong?

hi..

i had the same problem,
run tga2vtf.bat and then vtf2tga.exe and that should fix it.
if not then run all the other files that it came with

finally figure out why. i 4got to save it as a uncompress tga :x
