help me find old flash video

Hey I'm looking for an old flash video, about a chain reaction destruction of the world. I remember it being amazing. If you've seen it you'll recognize the following:

Man frozen in ice, hitting underwater mine
References to American Pie
Bill Clinton killing monica lewinsky with a tennis ball, killing her
Basically the premise is that a guy who is trying to quit smoking ends up destroying the world when he tosses an ash tray through a window, severing a chord on a window cleaner's platform which falls and kills Putin, hilarity ensues...


If someone can help me find this I would greatly appreciate it. I cannot remember the name of it for the life of me.
