help me find this band/song using a very vague description

My wife's head is going to explode into tiny bits if she can't figure out the name of this band.

- She heard it on XMU (XM radio indie rock station)
- Super upbeat indie pop
- Male & female vocals
- Hand clapping
- Fairly positive the name is 2-3 words long, and that it sounds more like a contest or a place than a band name; may have had the word "lake" in it, or some other body of water or something to do with water like "bridge"
- Music video (on youtube) had "torn paper animation", live action band members on animated background, perhaps featured a boat
- VERY happy, energetic, shouting??
- Not a mainstream band
- We know it is NOT: Tilly and the Wall, Mates of State, Architecture in Helsinki ... but in a similar vein to those
