Help me find this movie's name!

I remember this movie from a long time ago. It involves something to do with a plane and when they arrive at the airport it's like time has stopped, and they're in some weird world. I was sure the guy from Quantum Leap (Tom Burlinson) was in it, but I checked IMDB and I can't find it, so maybe it wasn't him after all. There were at least 4 more other characters, and I don't think Tom was the main star.

I can barely remember anymore than that. It was probably made in the 80's/early 90's.

Yep. It's a made for TV movie and it was early 90s, and the not-Scott Bakula guy from Quantum Leap WAS in it.
