Help me with my Config

I was wondering if you CS Sourcers could help me set up my Config. Im not sure if its exactly how it should be. I have a pretty slow video card and a decently fast 56k modem. Its playable so far but could you guys give me some good cfg tweaks? Ill go to the absolutely ugliest video settings, i dont care i just enjoy killing people rather then looking at things. So some CFG tweaks that will lower my video to its absolute lowest settings and the best cfg settings that will reduce my choke and loss. Thanks

look for a CS:S config generator software it has setting for speed and quality I cant find the link though. Ill try to find it.
