Help me with this avatar!

It is way to large to be an avatar. Any tips on shrinking it, or is there too much animation?

Also, you might want to list what program you have to edit animated .gifs.

Well, it looks like you have many redundant layers. You could delete every other layer but it would still be too big..maybe cut off parts of it?

Can also lower the quality of the individual frames.

I used a painfully process of capturing the video from the sdk with fraps than importing it into flash then resizing it, compressing it, loading it, optimizing. pfff.

I think I just might have to cut off a whole bit the maxium size is 20000 bytes, the way it is now is 133kb so a little too much.
