[HELP] Mod Tool, tools bar is gone!

In my Softimage| XSI Mod Tool software the upper tool bar isint showing up and i would like to ask all of your help to fix it..

here is a screen of my situation *NOTE THE SCREENSHOT IS (1339X1024) AKA BIG:

can you not go into the view menu or something and choose what toolbars are displayed?
