Help: Name of that 'flash' in that movie / read thread

Okay, there was a movie which came out < 1 year ago and it had Jennifer Aniston, or someone like her, and she was working in some type of restaurant where she's required to wear all this extra 'stuff' (Like lots of those 'buttons' and crap).

Like, her boss requires her to wear x amount of these 'pieces of flash' or something and there is another employee who has heaps.

It's one of those romantic comedies and the main guy would've been an actor like Vince Vaughn or someone like him.

So, I'm looking for what all that stuff she was 'required' to wear was called and I can't figure it out. I offer my first born to whoever tells me.
