Help needed with CLIE

My friend recenlty purchased a Sony CLIE, after trying out all the features he decided to buy a GPS bluetooth module. The TomTom Navigator package, unfortunatly he got the version for pocket PC. Now instead of sending it back he tried to get it working, and failed, so i guess the seals broken now right?

It says it needs activsync, for pocket pc, where as he uses hotsync, is there a way to get around this pocket pc ~ palm OS difference, such as wine to run windows on linux, but fitting for this

any help would be apriciated

I'd just send it back... I don't know what the rules for pda software returns are though... also this is the dev section, you want hardware :thumbs:
