Help playing a video

ok, simple problem here, when i try to play this video in any player but DIVX, it doesnt play anything, when i play it in divX i get the following message:

This file contains unknown audio data
------------
The video file you are opening contains audio data that is not recognised by the divx player.

The file contains the following type of data: Audio data: Tag 353

you may need to install a new audio codec on your computer to listen to the audio. You can either stop playback now or watch the video without the audio.

anyway, i dont know what codec its asking for, and it looks like just a basic .avi file...

please help me give this video sound!!!

google a program called gspot, open up the file in it, and it'll tell you which codec you need

or just grab this http://download.divxmovies.com/divx_audio_402.zip - unzip, then run register.exe

when i try to install, it says it has not passed a compatability test with windows XP, and may destabalise something, or something @_@ (dont have exact message), when i click install anyway, it disappears...
