Help Please!!!! Hl2 Going Crazy!!!

Ok well what the hell is going out here?
i can play HL2 good without problems for like 5 mins max and then it goes all crazy (see attachment)
I looked in the consol and saw this:

now can anyone tell me whats going on??? Btw i played HL2 fine for like 3 hours then it started doing this.
System Specs
Intel P4 3.0ghz
Connect3D X700 PRO 256MB
1GB RAM Dual Channel
please help!!!!!!

Looks like your install is corrupt maybe? try a scandisk on that drive. Maybe need to re-install it?
