Help please (mouse issue)

I've had this happen and can usually fix it but for gods sake I can't remember right now.

Whenever my father tries to scroll up on a web page, the size of the page just changes. Scolling up makes it bigger and scrolling down makes it smaller. How do I make it so the mouse just scrolls again?

That's pretty weird. It's supposed to do that when you hold the CTRL button. Tried searching for the answer yet?

I love you VT2. I was on Majorgeek forums trying to reconfigure the mouse, about to go to Logitech to get new drivers (as computing.net claimed would resolve this) All I had to do was hit CTRL and it went back to normal. Thanks!
