Ok so i recently got a virus on my computer so bad that i had to restart the whole thing as if it were new...so i had to put everything back onto my computer. when i finished putting on hl2 going through all five disks and then started up steam and downloaded source and tried to play it first had the little box that says preparing to play counter strike source and then it dissapears and a pop up comes up and it says, hl2.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvience. if you were in teh middle of something, the information you were workign on might be lost. please tell microsoft about this problem. we have created an error report that you can send to us. we will treat this report as confidential and anonymous. to see what data this error report contains click here. send error report, dont send. so i clicked send and it did and then i tried to play the next day and it did the same thing. so i deleted everything and reinstalled and it did the same exact thing...1.6 counter strike works but source wont. can anyone help me out. i have no idea what to do. plz and thank you.
