Help please

Okay, so every time I open Internet Explorer, this appears:
C:/Windows/AppPatch/AcRedir.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.
But my internets comes up perfectly fine.
I ran spybot, and fixed the only spyware I got. But it still happens
Anyone knows what that means?

perhaps something you downloaded wasn't windows compatible.

The only thing I did was install a new hard drive and put all my backed up data on it

Reinstall internet explorer or use firefox. Either way, should only take 10 mins, so whichever you prefer

If you do decide to reinstall internet exploder (sic) you do it through the "Windows components" list of "Add/Remove programs". You may need your windows disk, can't remember off the top of my head.
