Help remembering a game

It was a turn-based PC game with 3D graphics. It must have come out around 1996-1999 or so. You played a group of guys in red suits and had to kill Aliens.

Sort of similar to Front Mission 3/Vandal Hearts/FF Tactics.

That game was pretty fun, but the last few missions were virtually impossible, if I remember right.

Nice one. I was actually trying to think of this game's name the other day. I loved Incubation, even more than Jagged Alliance. Awesome game

The demo works on XP if you make it run in Windows 95 mode.
