HELP!!!??? Resetting CSS Options

Is there a way to reset all of the css setting back to default. i've been mucking about with decals, texture draw distances and that to get a better fps with bots. any help would be appreciated

delete the counter-strike folder and its reinstalls the default don't worry doesn't take as long as the download was. all most instant

i actually went through manually and changed as any options as i could remember back to normal. it looks fine and i can have more bots on it now!
