help the HL2 demo dont run!

I just dowloaded the demo and when I start it it get stuck on the first loading screem

and in some moments I heard 2 times the "error" sound and its still get stuck

my PC is

1.80 GHz

224 RAM

videocard 32mb S3 prosavage graphics DDR- whit driectX9

my Pc reach the minimun isnt?

not necessarily, minimum amount of ram is 256mb and that graphics card is very very bad. Even if Half-Life 2 ran it would run very very badly and would be like a powerpoint presentation :E -stole that from someone but forgot where and who

also appear some aplication error

it say

"instruccion in "0x241f94b7" reference the memory in "0x0195f5c0".memory cant be read"

there is some solution to it?

http://www.halflife2.net/forums/showthread.php?t=51549 there is the thread to that error, which i believe doesnt have a fix yet. Although I have the same problem but doesnt happen untill later while playing the game. Taking my fsb down from 166mhz to 160mhz seemed to help but then again my memory came back bad on memtest so I just need new memory. That error might also be popping up because you do not have enough ram because the minimum is 256mb and you dont meet that.
