Help! What font is this?

The person/people that designed this logo no longer work for us, and I can't find any PSD PDF files or anything, so we need to remake it. Any design/typography majors recognize this?

You could just trace it.

LilyUPC seems to be similar but not quite it. You can try http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ ; I couldnt get a match but the people at their forums should be a good help.

Otherwise a good vector arist can probably trace that fairly easily. If you can't find the font let me know and I'll see if I cant help.
