Help with animations

i have two questions:
1. How can i put an animation I already made somewhere on the web so you guys can see it?
2. A while ago some guy claimed to be making animations using paint. Is this possible and, if so, how?

sure. you can make animations with paint. by making everyframe and then placing each frame in a row in some .gif animation proggie

1. right click the animation, copy its url, and paste it here
2. It is possible.. he has to draw the animation frame by frame and put all files together with a program to 'render' the animation as a gif.

1. I mean a web site to put it on, ive tried newgrounds and some hotmail thing, but neither worked out.
2. Darn. My school has all the software i need, I dont got any of that kind of stuff at home.
