Nop, its really not that easy. From what I can see it's your first time on the subject, what I allways recomend for guys/girls like you, is to find yourself a skill, and join a team, you will learn a LOT, and you shall see that it's not that easy. That the best think you can do.
Don't worry we have all been down the same road.

Start by learning how to forumlate proper sentences - then you can think of leading a team of developers. I don't mean to offend, but leading and creating a mod is much harder than you think, and to get people to join you involves trust, you won't get no trust in this way.

As it has been said, start by joining a team, you'll think twice about leading after.

As others said, start from the bottom and move up, start by just watching teams, then joining at the bottom and going up the ladder until your confident you can run a mod.
