Help with new PC

Okay, so im booting up my new pc and right after the little motherboard picture pops up a message saying "NTLDR MISSING, press CTRL ALT DEL to restart" I restart then the same thing happens.... any body please help!

windows isnt installed or its messed up. boot with windows CD in and set first boot device to cd rom. then when it says press any key to boot press something very fast. i had this error on the last 3 computers i built within the last month and it worked for them.

Basicly you are stuck in a loop because you are missing the boot files for your OS.
Try booting with the Windows CD. Did you hit F6 to specify drivers?
