Help with Textures. PIC Inside

How do I fix this? When I shoot these objects up close they come in clear. I have my settings set on MED so I do not have them too high. And LOW doesn't seem to work either. Please help thxs.

p.s My graphic test when ran :bounce: was 76 so it isn't too bad.

restart CSS. It's a bug common when you alt-tab to windows durning loading (at least that's when I get that problem)

what are your pc specs, can be many things
