Help with the wiki

I need the help of someone who actually knows what the hell they're doing. Basicly I was trying to create a template like this one that will generate a random quote every time you visit a page. This is my first attempt and (unless it has been fixed since I posted this thread) you can probably see that it doesn't work.

Could somebody who knows anything about this crap help?
