Help with weapon_pistol.cpp file

i changed the pistols accuracy cone thingy which was in the C:\Half life 2 mod\src\dlls\hl2_dll folder

Where to i put this file to make it work with my mod, in my C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\weapons mod folder?

As u can see i have no experience with modding stuff
