My dog looks really bad, he's breathing really hard and he's puking blood, and there's no ****ing vet open at this hour (7 am), and I'm afraid that by the time they will be open, he'll die :/
He's 10 years old by the way :(

ANYTHING I can do?

Not sure how far away your vet is but they should have an amergency number to call.

you could call the fire dept maybe?? i dunno.. they might charge you money to actually come out, and i've no idea if they could actually do anything. just a thought.

btw, i've had several pets die in my arms over the years, evopara gives good advice on making him comfortable and being with him, you'll feel better about it all in the long term. 10yrs is a good long life for a dog, if it's his time, it's his time.

It might be anything from some sort of posion "anti freeze, ect." or just old age, but regardless, get to a vet asap. good luck.

For most breeds of dogs, 10 years is NOT old. I have a 15 year old dog, and that's not extremely old, either. Dogs can live to be over 20 years given great care and regular vet visits.

What kind of dog is it, :>~? Hope he's okay, give us an update..

he's dead now

he was a pikanese however you spell it

edit: [insert sad smiley here (I just have no smiley to describe how sad and depressed I am right now)]

i came home and i could just hear him scratch the door and sniff it

i miss him so much already

at least now you know hes not in any more pain, and hes having fun in dogs heaven with my old dog

well the first part isn't bullshit. its better that hes not in pain than if he was alive and in pain.

Sorry man, as one speaking from experince, it always sucks big time to loose a pet. Especally when they've been a fixture in your life for a long time.

10 long years :/

I'm just happy he doesn't need to put up with my shit and he died kind of without any suffering.

btw new nick

I feel for ya. My grandma's Labador died, such a friendly dog, I cried all night when he died. Years ago, but I still have fond memories. Just remember the fond memories. That is all that I can tell you. I am sorry for your loss.
