Help?

Does anybody know where i can find some hammer tutorials for a noob? I have searched but all the tutorials just assume you know what all the buttons do and how to use stuff. I'd be really grateful if you could help cos i really want to learn how to use hammer properly.

ive been on snarkpit before. The whole point is that i dont know the basics. Is there a tutorial that will tell me the basics?
