Yeah so I'm fixin up my dads laptop because it was royally screwed, but anyway I reformatted C: and installed Win XP Pro and during the installation it gives you the option to create a profile, and my dad asked me to set up a profile for him so I created one for him...so after it was all done installing, it boots up and then looks for his password to log into the profile even though I never set one up because I was never given the option and I tried logging in as Administrator but no luck :flame: And I can't create a disk to reset the admin password because you have to be logged into Windows to create one...any ideas before I try formatting in the morning and reinstalling?
