Hetairia is no conspiracy - no internet war, it is simply a private forum formed by a group of halflife2.net veterans during a large decline in the forum itself. New members are voted in on suggestion, people don't ask themselves in, and it's generally not looked kindly on. The reason things are kept secret and such is simply becuase we don't want to offend anyone becuase they aren't 'in' - it's not intended like that - it's simply a secret club, not specifically meant to exclude anyone - is a secret club of friends from a forum such a bad thing?

In my year of posting here, I have yet to see it decline.. Well, besides for that BF2slut guy and Garfield... There were a couple others I know that, but I cannot remember. I just think since I have only been around for a year could be my reason to believe its childish.

I have a friend. She's called Emma. On Monday Emma is going to come round my house and drink lots of wine with me. Emma is not the only person I know but she is the only one coming round my house.

Is this evidence that I hate everyone else in the world? Hetairia is the same thing. We invite friends because it's a group of friends.

Hetairia looks like a really bad Adult Swim cartoon, where the same joke is churned like butter, and you get those really odd silences, and then someone "funny" bursts out with something "funny" to say
