Hey im getting this What you THink

You don't need a 30". My eyes hurt just thinking about an 30" monitor. Take mine, for example: it's a 19" and it's HUGE. Plus, a 15ms response time (if you play games) is gonna bug you. I have a monitor with an 8ms response time and I still notice some ghosting -- not a lot and enough to notice.

Good god, I wouldn't dare go over 21" for a PC monitor...
But that's me...still, I would say don't get that one in the link...

If you got the money, the bigger the better my friend :)

Although, if i were you, i'd use the money to upgrade my CPU and perhaps gfx card
(Seeing as you already have a pretty nice screen and your cpu is a lil sub par)

Its mainly for Xbox 360 aswell since i dont have a HD TV i thought what the hell.

Plus my samsung has 25 ms response time and i see no ghosting at all .

You'll need to sit back a bit from that monitor... it will melt your eyes! :O

Well, I watch a lot of movies on my comp too, so 30" is nice. But the response time is a problem for games. I really just want a widescreen for, well, everything.

NOT WITH THE DVI CONNECTION IT WONT lol;)

True, true... Wanna buy me one :) I'll pay for shipping ;)

gg triple post :p

yeah, my 17 inch does me all the wonders in the world :p

Having a big screen means games will look at shit at anything less than the highest resolution because you can see faults better, so make sure your computer can handle 1600 by 1200 resolution.

If I were you, I'd get a 32 inch TV from eCost.com or TigerDirect.com for $795 after a $50 rebate.

The brand is Soyo.. I don't know how well they are with TVs, but this ones stats are amazing for the price.
This could be a good buy, but I haven't seen too many reviews on it.

I got a FLATRON F900B, it's 19" I don't notice anything wrong with mine, I think mine is the perfect size for gaming, So I would recommend a 20-25" screen.

Id be careful if I were you ,that price is way to low for a 30" lcd. When its that cheap the build qualitywill have to suffer, looking at the specs I see 400:1 contrast ratio , thats really not very good.
See if you can find some reviews before you part with the cash.

Hey Alan. Did you even bother to read my post? I would check out that TV I posted up top. Only $799 for a 32" LCD that has awesome specs. Definetly should check it out and tell me how it is. :D
