So, what I'm asking for is a technical documentation for one electronic component - the Sanyo SH2085-3 (or -4) Hybrid IGBT driver, with the full layout of the component and an explanation to all it's parts.
It's because I've searched the net and found squat, so you are my last line of defense, technically.

Sanyo's own website doesn't seem to recognize that part number, but it does mention a number of hybrid IGBT drivers. This page returns a list of "hybrid IGBT" drivers... if the one you want is in the list, click on the detail box at the right, and that will take you to a page with a link to a datasheet that will have what you're looking for. The only hits I got for that specific part number were some Asian IC distributors who were asking for purchase quotes.

Nah, no hits for that part. It's pretty old, so I guess that might be the problem, seeing that it's isn't on Sanyo's website (anymore).
