Firstly, I find this quite offensive. What I have posted are my own words, please post your own words. Do not presume to know what I mean to say. I'd like to point out that this is also not very good conduct:

Now, that being said, I would like to proceed by pointing out the flaws in your "correction":

First, the context of my post was in regard to the struggles of the people in link given in the original post on this topic: http://www.shoutwire.com/viewstory/21170/Hezbollah_Hamas_and_Israel_Everything_You_Need_To_Know

From this, it is obvious that I was referring to Palestinians and Lebanese. These two peoples are not neccecarially Leftists. That said, I'm sure there are plenty of Leftists in both countries, as Leftist includes people who are dedicated to Social Justice and Liberty. Given that both countries are under attack in a socially unjust war, with many of their liberties trounced and blown up, I'm sure many are feeling "Leftist" in these countries.


Second, it is fairly obvious that while a great many people in these countries may be considered "leftist", I'm disinclined to accept your replacement of "peoples" with "wackjobs.

According to Urban Dictionary, there are six definitions to "Wackjob", which I'll analyze in order:

"1. a complete nut absolutly ****ing crazy some syn. mother-in-law, nut, loon etc."
This is obviously incorrect, as not everyone in these countries are raving nuts. Granted, there are probably some natural nuts there, and some that have been turned nuts by the bombing and destruction of their homes, but all in all people are generally very sane anywhere you go.

"2. An ecentric individual prone to odd behavior, ie. sitting and rocking, twiddling thumbs, mumbling incessantly about helicopters, and outbursts of lewd indecent exposure"
This is also incorrect, for the same reasons as above. As for the lewdness, you can make your own decision on that one.

"3. A quack, crackpot, or insane mofo. Usually prone to delusions of paranoia, schizophrenia, and any other fun mental image seen on tv."
Again, this seems to fall in with the first two, though it would be easy to see why some Lebonese might be paranoid, what with over 350 of their civilians (mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, sons and daughters), being bombed to death over two soldiers.

"4. Someone who is so stupid, annoying, or just plain retarded she might as well be whacked by a hitman to put her out of her misery."
There is no possible way you can lump the whole of Lebanon and Palestine into this category. Though some may be stupid or annoying, Palestine has several universities and many educated people, as does Lebanon. Though it's doubtful how many are standing due to recent bombing attacks.

"5. One who is prone to talking to hemselves more than others. in some instances may be wwearing a tutu and referring to themselves as 'spongebob'."
Again, see above.

"6. another word for handjob"
Since people are generally NOT defined as handjobs, I'm fairly sure this definition is wong as well.


Hence, your "correction" was incorrect.

Finally, I would like to point out that I did not say that the article was a good judgement of the entire situation, I said that it was a good judgement of the oppressed peoples in this situation, namely those of Palestine and Lebanon.
