Yes but I dont use it. All of my work is 100% Flash pro 8

flash isnt the best tool for drawing, it's passable at best

I think it would work OK for his kind of drawing. Probably still not the best, but with simplistic stuff like that I think it would work well enough.

Personally I'd use Photoshop if I were you. And assuming your tablet has pressure sensitivity, you can get more dynamic lines. It would seriously improve the drawing's quality.
