Highway 17 to Santraps

I'm at the tunnel that goes from Highway 17 to Sandtraps, but there's a forcefield up. There is a train section in the way, and further down from the tunnel entrance is a structure with a green light on it. There are three others, but this one is the one that seems different. Anyone help please?

You'll need to deactivate that forcefield after a long and tough battle across the underside support structure of the large bridge, make your way down there and across. It's not easy, and the heights will have you dizzy and scared, I promise you!
