Hitman & Dark Angel (SPOILER)

Did anybody notice at the beginning of Hitman Movie, the footage that was played showing the Children at the solider school, looks like it came from the show Dark Angel?

Unbelievable

I saw the movie on friday and I couldn't believe it myself. I kept asking my friend, "Wait a minute, is that Dark Angel?" I asked so many times that people started telling me to shut up. Iwas finally convinced when I saw the tattoo on the back of their necks instead of on their heads. How was it possible that they could just do that without paying some amount of money. I was always under the impression that 47 was a clone, not just one of many kids trained to be killers. Of course,I don't remember much of the storyline anyways.

Wasn't he the genetic combination of a number of people (7 I think) or am I confusing it with another story.
