hl 2:episode one help

Hi.
I´m having problems with episode one. Some things are missing, doors, weapons, floor, and someplaces the floor have a wierd color.
Can you please help me?

Go to your 'my games' list, and right click episode one. Go to properties and find the button that says 'validate integrity of game cache'. Once the validation is complete, steam should have fixed any dodgy files you had. Try play after and it should be fine. Good luck.
