HL2 console

Just a quick question.

I can play HL2 SP when i am offline, but i am not able to use the console. Do you have to be online to use the console?

I know the thing with options-keyboard-advanced and i have turned it on, but it still dosn't work, btw, i have a skandinavian keyboard.

So the button to the left of 1 doesnt work?

Try going to your hl2 cfg foler, probably at
C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\USERNAME\half-life 2\hl2\cfg

Open up config.cfg in notepad and add this
bind "akey" "toggleconsole"
