HL2 Deathmatch NPC's

PLEASE HELP ME ok when i press ~ and type in "npc_create npc_combine_s" he sits there and does not attack me even when i give him a shot gun he does not attack me i am in my own server can someone please tell me whats happening "i dont have "ai_disable" on and i have "sv_cheats 1" on PLEASE OH PLEASE tell me whats wrong

I don't think AI (NPC's) works in deathmatch anymore. Only in single player.

Point your crosshair over the NPC and type these things in console:

ent_setname insertnamehere


ent_fire nameusedabove setrelationship "player d_ht 99"
