It just came to my head out of know where. When you watch the credits roll, at the end you see Dr Kleiner searching for Lamarr, who has lost him again. Well, the developers of HL2, valve, have always said you see the world throughout Gordon Freemans eyes ALL the time. There are NO cutscenes or moments when you are not Dr Freeman. Well when you saw this clip at the end of the credits, could it be Gordon Freeman watching this moment AFTER the G-Mans sighting at the end of HL2. If so, what could have happended?

I don't think the credits are meant to be taken as a part of the game world.

It's a jokey part of the credits, not part of the game.

I you're really concerned about it, you can imagine that Gordon is having a dream about a list of people who work at Valve software, and then he dreams that Lamarr is attacking his face. :p

jesus christ the VAVLe team aint so deep. true they make some cool things such as the 4 letters (i think its SQUR or SQER idk w/e) that had to do with roman times. but they jsut wanted to put a little joke at the end

It's SPQR, and Valve had nothing to do with that, it was the symbol of the Roman Legions.

I think you're reading far too much into it as well. ;)

Lamar is so fuggin cool.

Like to see more of it sometime. WHat happened to it in the teleporting incident? Didn't it get lost on a beach or something?

Lamar is very cool. Very cute when you were teleported for a week and kliener opened up the door and lamar looked side to side wondering what was going on. lmao.

I didn't watch all the credits when I first completed the game (lame I know, but it was late and I was sleepy and wanted time to get on the net to find out what the plot was!).
Anyways - I watched the credits again using start new game, and there was nothing after them! How do I see this video, will it help if I replay the penultimate level? (BTW I lost all my save games between them because started again.)

There is no way in hell that the bit after the credits should be associated with the game world.
