For the past couple of months or so, I have been having a problem while play CS:S. Mid game (mostly when an lo3.exe has happened, such as during a scrim or match in such leagues as CAL) there comes a point when all of a sudden the current frame freees, the sound begins to stutter and the game goes into a windowed mode in which the game screen goes completely black, and the error "hl2.exe has encountered an error and needs to close occurs".
Things I have tried:
Reinstalling everything
Updating my drivers
Things Id rather not do:
Reformat (as I dont know exactly how to do it and dont want to screw stuff up)
Id be willing to try anything else that people would suggest.
