Hey guys, I just downloaded Half Life 2 Episode 1 from Steam and started playing it. But after a while, the game crashes and an error message pop up saying: hl2.exe has encountered a problem....
Also, after a loading screen(while playing) the game also crashes back to the desktop and the same error pop up. This seems to be an autosave error. I also encountered the problem while playing Half Life 2 and solved the problem without disabling autosave by adding some words behind the launch directory. I forgot what I typed in so can anyone help me?
