HL2.exe has stopped working...

Hi guys, my first post here...

Recently, i bought my first CS:S and reason is to play against bots.

Well, i can play against other real human players online but when it comes to me creating a server for the purpose of playing against bots, during the process of game loading, it will inevitably be transported back to windows page and show "HL2.exe has stopped working". Anyone have similar problems to this and any idea how to fix it?

IMO, bots in CSS are nothing special. If you want to play with bots, play Condition Zero.

Anyway.. see if your firewall is blocking hl2.exe

Close any programs that might interfere with Counterstrike.

If none of this works, try reinstalling the game or verifying the files.
