Is there one or not? Google told me there was, but google gave me incorrect inforation, as i don't have a 'userfiles' or anything similar in my whole steam directory.

If there isn't, has someone mad a mod that has one?

No, there isn't one. CSS has one, thought, and it's acessed by typing "MP3" into the console.
